Extending streets to the edge of a subdivision

When needed for access or future subdivision of nearby land, a street must be extended to the subdivision's boundary. Dead-end streets from this extension can be approved without a turn-around. The county may require a reserve strip or street plug to keep the extension's purpose.

Where necessary to give access to or permit a satisfactory future subdivision of adjoining land, a street shall be extended to the boundary of the subdivision and the resulting dead-end streets may be approved without a turn-around.
