No sirens, whistles, or bells on vehicles

This section bans putting a siren, whistle, or bell on a vehicle or using one on a vehicle. The only exception is if another part of this chapter allows it. So, unless a specific rule says otherwise, these devices are not allowed.

No vehicle shall be equipped with nor shall any person use upon a vehicle any siren, whistle or bell, except as otherwise permitted in this chapter.
