(a) When official signs are posted, giving notice thereof, no driver of a vehicle shall make a left or right turn. The chief of police may place signs of a temporary nature during peak traffic hours at any intersection or driveway the chief may deem to be congested. (b) The locations designated in schedule 19, section 24-271 are prohibited left turn areas. (c) The locations designated in schedule 20, section 24-272 are prohibited right turn areas.
