(a) When official turn right anytime with caution signs are erected at any intersection, the driver of a vehicle may make a right turn without coming to a stop, so long as the turn is made with proper care to avoid an accident. (b) The intersections described in schedule 16, section 24-268, are designated as “Turn Right at Anytime with Caution” intersections when appropriate signs giving notice thereof are erected.
