HCC §24-190
Where you cannot stop or park to pick up or drop off passengers
Read the official text at hawaiicounty.gov ↗This section lists places where you cannot stand or park a vehicle, even briefly, to pick up or drop off passengers. You may only do so if you must avoid traffic, follow a police officer, or obey a traffic control device. The county must mark these no-parking areas with signs or painted curbs.
