No person shall park any vehicle: (a) On any street designated as “no parking on pavement zone” in a manner or under such condition that any portion of the vehicle extends over any portion of the roadway. The areas described in schedule 27 are designated as “no parking on pavement zones” and appropriate signs or markings giving notice thereof shall be erected, or (b) Upon a street, other than an alley, in a manner or under such condition as to leave available less than ten feet of the width of the roadway for free movement of vehicular traffic.
