No-parking zones

(a) When official signs or markings give notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle any longer than is reasonably necessary to take on or discharge passengers or freight upon any street or portions thereof within the County. (b) The areas of streets, described in schedule 28, section 24-280 are designated as no- parking zones when appropriate signs or markings giving notice thereof are erected.
