Who decides where angle parking is allowed

(a) The council shall determine upon what streets angle parking shall be permitted. (b) It shall be the duty of the County or State highway engineer to mark or sign such areas. (c) The areas of streets described in section 24-286.1, schedule 34.1, are designated as angle parking permitted areas.
