This section sets the fees you must pay to take the driver's license exam. A written test costs $1, and an oral test costs $10 if you request it. Fees for commercial driver's licenses are set by state law, not this section.

The following fees are established for the examination of drivers applying for a driver's license: (a) Written examination fee, $1.
