(a) Any person found guilty of violating any provision of sections 24-218 and 24-219 shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor and shall be subject to a term of imprisonment not to exceed thirty days or a fine not exceeding $500 or both for each separate offense. (b) Any person found guilty of violating any other provision of this division shall be guilty of a violation and shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $25 for each separate offense. Division 5. County Building Parking.
