Prohibited right turn areas. The following are designated as prohibited right turn areas when appropriate signs or markings giving notice thereof shall be erected: (a) Hāmākua (b) North Hilo (c) South Hilo • Waiānuenue Avenue, makai bound, into Komohana Street when traffic signal is red.
