Roads closed to pedestrian traffic. The following are hereby established and designated as roads closed to pedestrian traffic: (a) Hāmākua (b) North Hilo 24A-46 VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC § 24-278 (c) South Hilo • Waiānuenue Avenue in South Hilo, from Kapi‘olani Street to Hāla‘i Street, during the school hours of 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., except at marked crosswalks. (d) Ka‘ū (e) Kohala (f) Kona (g) Puna (1996, ord 96-163, sec 2; am 2010, ord 10-82, sec 1; am 2013, ord 13-52, sec 2.)24- 278 Division 5. Parking.
