24 hour parking areas. When signs are erected giving notice thereof, vehicle parking in the following areas is limited to twenty-four hours: (a) Hāmākua • Waipi‘o Valley Lookout parking area. (b) North Hilo (c) South Hilo (d) Ka‘ū (e) Kohala (f) Kona (g) Puna (1996, ord 96-163, sec 2.)24-285
