20 mile per hour limit. A speed limit of twenty miles per hour is established as set forth in this schedule upon the private streets or portions of private streets as follows: (a) Hāmākua (b) North Hilo (c) South Hilo (d) Ka‘ū (e) Kohala (f) Kona (g) Puna Fern Acres Subdivision. • All streets except for Hibiscus Street, Lehua Street, Pīkake Street, Plumeria Street, and Pūhala Street.
