When you can use fog and parking lights

(a) No vehicle shall be driven at any time with fog lamps lighted except when the headlamps are also lighted. (b) No vehicle shall be driven at any time with parking lamps lighted except when the parking lamps are being used as turn signals or when the headlamps are also lighted.
