HCC §25-2-50

Read the official text at hawaiicounty.gov ↗This section says that exceptions to the zoning rules in this chapter can be granted, but only if they do not allow a use that is not already allowed in the area and do not mainly get around density limits. It does not explain how to ask for an exception or what happens if you do.
