Minimum street frontage rules for building sites

This section sets the minimum amount of street frontage a building site must have. The amount depends on the zoning district and the type of lot. Some lots, like flag lots or those with easement access, have different or no frontage requirements.

The following minimum street frontage standards apply to every building site: (a) Fifty percent of the required building site average width for any building site in a zoning district providing for a minimum building site of one acre or less, except for flag lots, any building site located at the end of a cul-de-sac, and any building site where the access to the building site is by means of a roadway easement. (b) One hundred feet for any building site in a zoning district providing for a minimum building site of over one acre, except for flag lots, any building site located at the end of a cul-de-sac, and any building site where the access to the building site is by means of a roadway easement. (c) The width of the pole or fifteen feet for any flag lot. (d) Fifteen feet for any building site located at the end of a cul-de-sac. (e) No street frontage shall be required for any building site where access to the building site is by means of a roadway easement.
