HCC §25-4-31
Minimum lot size and width rules
Read the official text at hawaiicounty.gov ↗This section sets the basic rule that a main building must sit on a lot that meets the zoning district's minimum size. It also allows a smaller lot to be used if the owner doesn't own any adjoining land, and says a lot can meet the width rule if any part of it has the required size and width.
