Tax sale does not make land a legal building site

Any parcel of land that is not otherwise a legal building site does not become a legal building site by virtue of being sold at a delinquent tax sale, or by reason of recordation of the parcel of land at the State bureau of conveyances. (1996, ord 96-160, sec 2; ratified April 6, 1999.)25-4-33
