Off-street loading space requirements by building size and use

This section requires certain buildings to have off-street loading spaces. It applies to buildings with at least 5,000 square feet of floor area, except single-family homes. The number of spaces needed depends on the building's size and type of use, as shown in tables.

Off-street loading requirements shall apply to all buildings having a gross floor area of at least five thousand square feet, except for single-family residential units, in all zoning districts. The minimum number of off-street loading spaces shall be as follows: Floor Area Loading Space Use or Use Category in Square Feet Requirements 5,000 ─ 10,000 1 1.
