How the director reviews your application

The director must review your application within 15 days of getting it, either accepting it as complete or rejecting it with a list of what's missing. After acceptance, the director has 25 days to approve or deny it. If no decision is made in 25 days, your application is automatically approved.

Within fifteen days of receipt of the application, the director shall either accept the application as complete, or reject it as incomplete, in writing. Any rejection shall list the deficiencies in the application. The director shall approve or deny an application for recognition of a de minimis structure position discrepancy within twenty-five days after acceptance of the completed application.
