Rules for building a guest house

This section sets the rules for building a guest house on your property. You can only have one guest house, and your building site must be at least 7,500 square feet. The guest house cannot be bigger than 500 square feet, taller than 20 feet, or have a kitchen.

One guest house may only be established on a building site that is at least seven thousand five hundred square feet in area. A guest house shall not exceed five hundred square feet in gross floor area, shall not be more than twenty feet in height, and shall not have a kitchen.
