The minimum yards in the RD district shall be as follows: (1) On a building site with a required area of seven thousand five hundred square feet to and including nine thousand nine hundred ninety-nine square feet: (A) Front and rear yards, fifteen feet; and (B) Side yards, eight feet. (2) On a building site with a required area of ten thousand square feet to and including nineteen thousand nine hundred ninety-nine square feet: (A) Front and rear yards, twenty feet; and (B) Side yards, ten feet. 25-77 SUPP. 19 (1-2026) (3) On a building site with a required area of twenty thousand square feet or more: (A) Front and rear yards, twenty-five feet; and (B) Side yards, fifteen feet.
