(a) In areas in the County outside of the City of Hilo, the height limit in the RM district shall be forty-five feet. (b) In the City of Hilo, the height limit in the RM district shall be one hundred twenty feet. (1996, ord 96-160, sec 2; ratified April 6, 1999.)25-5-33
