Minimum yard sizes for agricultural district properties

(a) Except as otherwise provided in this section, the minimum yards in the FA district shall be thirty feet for front and rear yards and twenty feet for side yards. (b) In the FA district, accessory buildings and enclosures (other than fences under eight feet high) for the shelter and confinement of any livestock shall be at least thirty feet from the side and rear property lines. (c) Appropriate additional setbacks from adjacent residential zoned lands may be required by the director for those facilities and uses which may include more frequently used machinery and equipment in order to minimize potential lighting, odor, vector and air and water quality impacts.
