(a) No separate or additional permit or use permit shall be required for any use approved under a P.U.D. permit, and any use approved under a P.U.D. permit shall be considered to be in compliance with the required procedures for obtaining a use permit. (b) Plan approval shall be considered issued when completed drawings are approved under a P.U.D. permit, and no further action is required for the issuance of plan approval under this chapter.
