HCC §25-6-24
Minimum lot size in C.P.D.
Read the official text at hawaiicounty.gov ↗This section lets a C.P.D. (a type of planned development) have building sites smaller than the district normally requires, as long as the average site size still meets the district minimum. In RS districts, there are specific minimum sizes for each district requirement. It is a narrow rule about lot sizes.
