How many accessory dwelling units are allowed per property

Accessory dwelling units shall be restricted to a maximum of three per building site, except, where a building site is permitted to have more than one primary dwelling, one accessory dwelling unit shall be allowed for each primary dwelling authorized by the applicable zoning regulations.
