(a) Permits shall be numbered and shall contain the following information: (1) The permit number and the date of issuance; (2) The name of the property owner and sign owner; (3) The location of the sign(s), including tax map key number; (4) In the case of a temporary sign or banner, the date of expiration of the permit; and (5) The amount of any fees paid.
