All fees collected by the authorized association pursuant to this article or the rules adopted pursuant to section 35-68 shall be accounted for in the financial records maintained by the district board pursuant to section 35-19 and shall be deposited into the account established for the district under this chapter. The financial records of the authorized association including but not limited to all fees collected pursuant to this article shall be subject to review by the public. (2012, ord 12-59, sec 5.)35-69
