Each pre-approved plan shall be subject to a plan review fee based on the schedule below. PLAN REVIEW FEE FOR PRE-APPROVED PLANS Category Fees A. Plans with enclosed roof coverage of 1,100 sq. ft. or less. $150 B. Plans with enclosed roof coverage of 1,101 sq. ft. up to $200 1,400 sq. ft. $20 per 100 sq. ft. C.
