The following businesses are not required to obtain an annual County license or to pay an annual County license fee: (1) The sale of beef or pork. (2) The manufacture of food products. (3) The operation of a laundry. (4) The keeping of a lodging or tenement house, hotel, boarding house or restaurant. (5) The production, processing or preparation of milk.
