County cemetery plot fees and size limits

For each County owned cemetery plot sold at the Alae Cemetery, the director of the department of parks and recreation of the County shall collect a fee established by duly promulgated rules of the department, exclusive of the cost of digging and covering the plot. Each cemetery plot shall not exceed nine feet in length and four feet in width. 6-6
