Fine for breaking a rule with no set penalty

If you break a criminal rule in the county code and that rule does not say what the punishment is, you can be fined up to $100 for each time you break it. This section only sets that fine; it does not create new rules.

In any case where there shall be a violation of any of the criminal provisions of the Code for which no penalty is provided, the person violating the provision shall be subject to a fine of not more than $100 for each offense.
