When a moving permit will be denied

No permit shall be issued to move any building or structure which does not (1) comply with other pertinent codes and ordinances; or (2) which has deteriorated or been damaged to an extent greater than fifty percent (50%) of the cost of replacement (new) of such building or structure; or (3) which has not been termite treated when so directed by the Building Official.(, October 10, 2024)
