Title. This Chapter shall be known as the "Plumbing Code," may be cited as such, and will be referred to herein as "this Code."Purpose. The purpose of this Code is to provide for the protection of the public health and safety by establishing minimum regulations for the installation, alteration or repair of plumbing and drainage systems, and the inspection thereof.
