Chapter 12-45.4 of the Hawai'i Administrative Rules, entitled "State Fire Code," as adopted by the State of Hawai'i on January 20, 2023 pursuant to Section 132-3 of the Hawai'i Revised Statutes (State Fire Code), which adopts, with modifications, the NFPA 1, Fire Code, 2021 Edition, as copyrighted and published by the National Fire Protection Association, is by reference incorporated and made a part of this Chapter, subject to the following amendments, which, unless stated otherwise, are stated in the form of amendments to the NFPA 1. The Fire Code of the County of Kaua'i, adopted on May 9, 2016 and amended effective April 28, 2020, is hereby repealed.
