Any person, individual, association, firm, corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship, or other form of business entity convicted of violating any of the provisions of Hawai'i Revised Statutes Section 132-9 or this Article 3 shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000.00 or by imprisonment for not more than one year, or both.
