Moving Vehicles Into Prohibited Areas

No person shall move a vehicle not lawfully under his or her control into any prohibited area or away from a curb such a distance as is unlawful.No person shall move or drive a vehicle onto the opposite lane, or the left lane, of the roadway facing oncoming traffic, except in an emergency.No person shall park or stop a vehicle on the opposite lane or the left lane, including the roadway shoulders of the lanes, so that the vehicle is facing oncoming traffic, except in an emergency.
