Parking rules to keep traffic moving

This rule says you cannot park in a way that blocks traffic or a mailbox. You must leave at least 10 feet of lane width for other vehicles to pass. It applies to parking on roads, streets, and alleys.

No person shall park any vehicle upon a roadway, street, or alley in a manner or under conditions as to:leave available less than ten (10) feet of the width of the lane of travel for the free movement of vehicular traffic; orobstruct the movement of other vehicles within the lane of travel of any roadway, street, or alley; orobstruct a mailbox.
