Time limits for parking in signed areas

When official signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle for a period of time longer than that indicated on the sign between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., unless otherwise provided by law, on any day except Sundays and public holidays upon any of the places so designated within the County of Kaua'i.In construing Sec. 16-12.1(a), a vehicle in a limited time parking area moved less than fifty (50) feet during the limited parking period shall be deemed to have remained stationary.
