The County Engineer shall erect and maintain suitable warning signs on public highways legible from a distance of one hundred (100) feet and located at a reasonable distance from hazards with respect to bridges, dangerous curves, intersecting highways, and other conditions of a hazardous nature, which signs shall designate the proximity of each hazard.
