A written request for installation or removal of one or more traffic calming measures shall be submitted to the County Engineer setting forth the following conditions:Name of the affected County street(s).Description of the observed safety issue, including drawings or pictures to help explain the problem or desired solution.A $50.00 processing fee made out to the Director of Finance. The processing fee will be deposited into the General Fund.
