Government vehicle drivers must follow traffic rules

The provisions of this Chapter shall apply to the operator of any vehicle owned by or used in the service of the United States Government, the State or the County of Kaua'i, and it shall be unlawful for any driver or operator of any government vehicle to violate any of the provisions of this Chapter, except as otherwise permitted by this Chapter, or by Federal or State law.
