When making right or left turns from one street into another or traveling from one street to another, no person shall operate or drive a vehicle on or across any sidewalk area or through any driveway, parking lot, or business entrance thus avoiding any intersection; provided that this Section shall not prohibit the use of such driveway, parking lot, or business entrance when such use is incidental to business to be transacted on the premises.
