Lost or stolen bus passes and ID cards

If you lose your bus pass, it won't be replaced or refunded. If you lose your ID card, you can get a new one for a fee. Bus passes and ID cards are only for the person they were issued to, and you can't change them or get one with false information.

Lost or stolen Bus Passes shall not be replaced or refunded by the Agency.Lost or stolen Identification Card(s) may be replaced for a fee of ten dollars ($10.00).Any Bus Pass or Identification Card issued under this Chapter is nontransferable and shall not be used by any person other than by the person to whom it was issued. No person shall obtain or attempt to obtain an Identification Card under this Section based on false application or certification. No person shall alter a Bus Pass or Identification Card issued under this Section, unless authorized by the Agency.
