Restrictions on Roads

The County Council can put restrictions on roads by passing a resolution. Before any penalty for breaking a restriction can be enforced, the resolution must be published in a local newspaper once, and if the restriction is only on certain roads, signs must be posted there.

The Council shall impose any restriction deemed desirable by resolution. No penalty shall be imposed until the resolution has been published once in a newspaper of general circulation in the County, and where only specified roads, streets or highways are restricted, appropriate signs noting the restriction are posted.
