Penalties for breaking Council-set land use rules

If someone is found guilty of breaking a land use restriction that the County Council set by resolution, they face the same penalties as those listed in the Kaua'i Traffic Code. This section only tells you where to find the punishment, not what it is.

Any person convicted of violating any restrictive use set by resolution of the Council pursuant to this Article shall be subject to the penalties provided for in Section 16-21.6 of the Kaua'i Traffic Code.
