County Council approves past utility placement permits

This section makes official all past approvals by the County Engineer for putting up or moving utility facilities, as long as an Agreement of Indemnity with the County was signed before this section was adopted. The County Council now considers those approvals authorized.

All approvals granted by the County Engineer for the placement and relocation of utility facilities and for which an Agreement of Indemnity with the County has been entered prior to the adoption of this Section, are hereby ratified and deemed authorized by the County Council.
