Parks shall be open to the public every day of the year during the designated hours unless closed for good cause by the Director. The opening and closing hours of each park and recreation facility shall be posted therein.Any section or part of any park or recreation facility may be declared closed to the public by the Director at any time, as the Director shall find reasonably necessary for the health, safety or welfare of the public.
